CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Policies: To respect both your time and mine, please be aware of the following policies: • Cancellations or No-Shows made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. • Reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% fee, also due prior to rebooking. • No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, I am happy to make reasonable adjustments to address your concerns. Please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I can schedule a time to make it right. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all clients.
